Shipping Policy

All shipping prices are based on USPS Priority Mail. Any other shipping arrangements are not included in the price. Additional Fees for overseas shipments! All grinders are sent insured, if you have damage contact me via email ASAP!

No personal information will ever be given or sold to any third party under any circumstances! Your information is only used if there are questions about an order. Our shopping cart is secure and your credit card information is not stored on our computer.

Return policy

We guarantee that all items are of excellent quality and workmanship. Because each item is handcrafted some variations from the photos can occur. We will accept returns due to manufacturers defects only and a request for an RA number must be made within 15 days from the ship date. It will be at our sole discretion to either replace the defective part or issue a refund.

Refunds will be issued only for the purchase price of the item. Do not return any item without a RA number. Email for issuance of an RA number.

S&H are not refundable. Returns must be made in the original carton and packed securely.
